Pediatric Feeding Disorder
What is PFD? Pediatric Feeding Disorder is impaired oral intake that is not age-appropriate, lasts at least 2 weeks, and is associated with one or more disturbance of medical, nutritional, feeding skills, and/or psychosocial function.
Why does PFD matter? It is estimated that 1 in 37 children have pediatric feeding disorder.
