After each visit, families receiving eating, feeding and swallowing services from Alberta Health Services are invited to participate in a 5 minute survey. Survey results will be used to help improve care for children with feeding challenges. Families can complete the survey online, use a paper form that will be provided to them, or may receive a phone call. All of the information provided is confidential and results will be reported only by group.
